• How do I recover my account password?
    Please use the forgot password link to reset your password. You will need to know one of the domains you have registered against the account to continue. If you have no domains attached to the account, then you can leave the domain field blank to reset the password.
  • I lost the email address associated with my account, what do I do?
    If you cannot access the e-mail address associated with your account or can't discover which e-mail address it is, you would need to open a new user account with and add the site you wish to have control over to that new account. Adding the domain(s) to a new account will require going through the signup process to get the domain(s) active on again.
